At LeadInbox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee and refund process.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases:

  • If you're not satisfied with LeadInbox within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked
  • The 30-day period begins on the date you complete your purchase
  • This gives you ample time to test LeadInbox and ensure it meets your needs

2. Early Access Pricing

Important: During our early access period:

  • You get access to LeadInbox in beta with special lifetime pricing
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies immediately from your purchase date
  • You'll receive all future updates and improvements as we continue to develop the product
  • Early access users lock in their lifetime pricing even as we add new features

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
  • You must contact us via email at hello@anshupatel.in
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service

4. What Happens During a Refund

When you request a refund:

  • Your access to LeadInbox will be terminated immediately
  • You may export your lead data before requesting a refund
  • We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from approval
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple purchases and refunds)
  • Third-party integration fees (if any)

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to hello@anshupatel.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and order details
  3. (Optional) Let us know why you're requesting a refund—this helps us improve
  4. We'll respond within 2 business days with confirmation

8. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Since LeadInbox is sold as a lifetime access package, refunds are for the full purchase amount only.

9. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan, you only pay the difference. The upgrade is also covered by the 30-day guarantee from the date of upgrade
  • Downgrades: We do not offer downgrades or partial refunds for lifetime plans. If you need a lower-tier plan, you may request a full refund and repurchase
