By accessing or using LeadInbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Description of Service
LeadInbox is a lead management software that provides:
- Form backend API for capturing leads from landing pages
- CRM pipeline for organizing and tracking leads
- Integration with third-party services (Google Sheets, Slack)
- Lead management tools (tags, notes, custom fields)
3. Account Registration
To use LeadInbox, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Lifetime Access and Pricing
Early Access Pricing
During our early access period, we offer lifetime access for a one-time payment with special discounted pricing. Early access users are supporting the product during its beta phase and get locked-in lifetime pricing.

- Unlimited access to the plan features you purchased
- All future updates and improvements to the platform
- No recurring subscription fees
- Priority support (based on your plan tier)
- Access during beta with ongoing improvements and feature additions
Beta Access Disclaimer
LeadInbox is currently in beta/early access. While we strive for stability:
- Features may be added, modified, or improved based on user feedback
- You may encounter occasional bugs or issues that we'll work to resolve quickly
- Your feedback helps shape the product's development
Fair Use Policy
Lifetime access is subject to fair use. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that:
- Generate excessive API requests (beyond reasonable usage)
- Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits
- Use the service for illegal or prohibited purposes
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases:
- Refunds are available within 30 days of your purchase date
- To request a refund, email hello@anshupatel.in
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- You may keep any data exported before cancellation
Note: During beta/early access, we're committed to making things right. If you encounter issues, please reach out to us first so we can help resolve them.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LeadInbox to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Send unsolicited emails (spam)
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Intellectual Property
LeadInbox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LeadInbox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
